What type of training is available?

An extensive initial orientation program, and on-going general industry and function-specific training courses taught by our experienced in-house staff. Additionally, NSA provides supervisor/management development courses taught by outside experts.

How will my performance be evaluated?

With a performance management program and formal feedback after 90 days on the job as well as every year. Managers meet with associates regularly to discuss on-going performance and career management.
